When should I vaccinate my puppy?

Time is of the essence when it comes to vaccinations. We suggest your puppy receives their first series of shots at 8 weeks, followed by boosters at the 12-week and 16-week-old mark.

What vaccines do puppies and dogs need?

During each of your pet’s wellness exams, your veterinarian can assess their vaccination needs. Some vaccines are “core” and need to be given to all dogs. Others are “non-core” and can be given based on lifestyle (this means they are not mandatory).
